Terms of Service

1. Subject Matter and Owner

Bandi (getbandi.io) is a service that generates short vertical videos using artificial intelligence (voice, subtitles, images/video, and music) from a topic or script. The owner is Miguel Melgarejo Sánchez (Spain). By using Bandi you accept these Terms.

2. Account

To use Bandi you must register with accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. You must be of legal age or have authorisation from your legal guardian.

3. Plans, Credits, and Payments

Bandi operates on a monthly subscription basis (Lite, Creator, Pro) that grants a monthly credit allowance, plus one-time credit packs.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel.
Plan changes: upgrading takes effect immediately with pro-rata adjustment; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account; you retain access until the end of the already-paid period.
Credits from packs do not expire while your account is active; monthly credits reset each billing cycle.

4. Refunds

Bandi delivers digital content immediately. By initiating a generation you consume processing resources; therefore, except where required by law or where the fault is attributable to Bandi, amounts consumed are non-refundable. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bandi to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights (including intellectual property rights), defamatory, incites hatred or violence, sexual involving minors, deceptive, or that violates personality rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for the content you input (topics, scripts) and warrant that you have the right to use it. With respect to generated videos, you hold the usage rights for your own purposes, whether personal or commercial, in accordance with these Terms. Bandi and its trademarks are the property of their owner.

7. AI-Generated Content

Videos are created using artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing or using it. Bandi does not warrant the accuracy, suitability, or originality of generated content.

8. Availability and Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be free from interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features in order to maintain and improve the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bandi's liability for use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or for the use you make of generated content.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you by a reasonable means. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
